**SellSpot Terms of Service**

Welcome to SellSpot! Please carefully read these Terms of Service ("Terms") before using our mobile application and services ("SellSpot" or the "App"). By accessing or using SellSpot, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use SellSpot.

**1. Acceptance of Terms**

By using SellSpot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

**2. Description of SellSpot**

SellSpot is a platform that allows users to buy, sell, and rent parking spots plus more. Users can list their available parking spaces and more, and others can search and book these listings for a specified duration.

**3. User Accounts**

To use any features of SellSpot, you are required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

**4. Listing and Booking **

Users can create listings for their parking spots and more items, including details such as location, availability, and pricing. SellSpot does not own or operate any parking spaces or any other items; it only provides a platform for users to connect. Users who book or purchase listings agree to abide by the terms set by the parking space/items’ owner.

**5. Fees and Payments**

There are no fees for listings of any kind and currently SellSpot does not conduct any transactions through it’s platform.

**6. User Conduct**

Users agree to use SellSpot in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Users shall not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on the platform. SellSpot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

**7. Intellectual Property**

SellSpot and its content, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and software, are the property of SellSpot and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from SellSpot's content without explicit permission.

**8. Privacy**

SellSpot collects and processes personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using SellSpot, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

**9. Data Deletion**

SellSpot reserves the right to delete data at any time due to our data retention policies. However, your account login and email will still exist. We recommend users to keep a backup of important information.

**10. Data Sharing with Monpons Sister Apps**

SellSpot has permission to use your posted listings to share with other Monpons sister apps, which owns SellSpot. This sharing is intended to enhance the overall user experience and provide additional services within the Monpons ecosystem.

**11. Limitation of Liability**

SellSpot is provided "as is" without any warranties. SellSpot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

**12. Changes to Terms**

SellSpot reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users may check these changes within the app, and continued use of SellSpot after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

**13. Termination**

SellSpot may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

**14. Governing Law**

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America. Any disputes arising from these Terms or SellSpot's services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New York.

Other agreements:

Third-Party Ads:

SellSpot may display third-party advertisements, such as Google Ads, within the App. These third-party advertisers may collect information about your activity, but SellSpot does not have access to or control over the data collected by third-party ads. Your interactions with these third-party ads are governed by the privacy policies of the respective advertisers.

Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your SellSpot account at any time within the App's account settings. Deleting your account will remove all your data and content associated with the account. Please note that once your account is deleted, this data cannot be recovered, and all connections and interactions within the App will be lost.

No data download available:

By using the SellSpot app you agree that you don't have the option to request your generated data for download. Reason behind this is because SellSpot owned by Monpons regularly deletes data to save and remove duplicate or unnecessary data to keep our server space full for other joining users. We comply with all encryption law when holding your data and when deleting we have no right to view any of your data and will delete your data respectively and securely.

Rights to Information Generated:

SellSpot deletes all information within a week from our collection so we do NOT Provide user a way to download their information as it will be processed to data collection for deletion. We run on very limited space to store user's information to run SellSpot app services. We truly don't have the want or need to store information for over a week like other social media. Cause we aren't big enough to conduct profitable data sales thus we don't conduct or care for such data generated by user in any way.
